Did You Have Any Concerns Before Starting Your Training With UP?
With the fresh start of building up an interior design business, I let things get out of control and ended up in the worst shape I had ever been in.
Due to a busy work schedule, stress, lack of motivation, and not having all the knowledge on how to set up a decent workout and meal plan, it all prevented me from achieving my goals.
What Did You Find As A Result Of Training With UP?
After I saw all of the great transformations from the UP trainers and trainees, I knew I had to be one of them – so I started to look at their online personal training due to being located in Belgium.
From the first moment until very last I felt AT HOME! My coach, Akash was and still is more than just a coach, he is like my training partner in the gym, more of a ‘friend’, maybe even like a brother! It felt like I was part of a huge family of people with the same mind and attitude to ‘crush goals’ and to train in the most intelligent way for my body.
What Did You Like Most About Your Journey?
There are so many that I could name but if I really had to choose the one, it would be the programming of the workouts and meals.
It became easy to just go to the gym, take out my workout plan, crush the weights re-rack them and afterwards eat my meals knowing that all the nutrients are accurate. More importantly, they were exactly measured in weight and timing from breakfast to pre and post workout. I didn’t have to stress or think ‘what do I have to eat now’, and ‘how many grams of this or that’.
This was exactly the same with the training programs, I never had to worry about them getting boring or not being effective enough as they were continuously adapted to MY specific goal and needs!
I enjoyed getting to know a lot more about my own body and mental strength and being more confident about both myself and in real-life situations. I’ve also been shown that preparation, hard work, and intelligent programming are key to achieving results not only in the gym but in life too. I’ve learnt that once you set your mind to something, there really is is no reason you can’t reach your full potential.
Would You Recommend UP? If So, Why?
For sure I would recommend UP, I already have several times!
